Marvel gives Spider-Man a brand new outfit for the Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War series, which fans will also be able to unlock in Fortnite.
Spider-Man is swinging into Fortnite with a brand Iron Man-style new suit.
Marvel previously teased that Spider-Man/Peter Parker will don a new suit in the upcoming Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War that will also be available in Fortnite. Marvel has now revealed the full look at the Spider-Man Zero Suit in a promotional image homaging by Ron Lim and Israel Silva. The image homages 1984's Secret Wars #8 cover created by Mike Zeck and John Beatty, which is when Spider-Man chronologically first received his black symbiote costume.

Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War is a new five-issue comic series from writer Christos Gage, artist Sergio Dávila and Epic Games' Chief Creative Officer Donald Mustard. The new series ties directly into Fortnite, as fans can unlock the new suit ahead of its release on the Fortnite Item Shop with a redeemable code found in the first-print edition issue of Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War #1.
"There’ll be a few things you see in both the game and the comic – mostly in our final issue," Gage told IGN. "But for the most part, what happens in the game and what happens in the comic are different fronts in the same war. Some questions that players might have about the game are answered in the comic, and vice versa, though neither are required to follow the story in the other."
Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War #1 releases on June 8 from Marvel. The synopsis for the issue reads, "THE MARVEL UNIVERSE COLLIDES WITH FORTNITE! The inhabitants on the Island are locked in what seems like a never-ending war, and only one thing has the potential to turn the tide - a crystallized fragment of the Zero Point that was cast into the Marvel Universe. Spider-Man and Wolverine team up with several Fornite fighters and new recruit Shuri to hunt down the elusive Zero Shard. Will these allies be able to find it in time and avert catastrophe? And can the heroes of the Marvel and Fortnite realities hold off the Imagined Order long enough to give them a fighting chance? Epic Games' Chief Creative Officer, Donald Mustard, teams up with veteran Marvel writer Christos Gage (SPIDER-GEDDON, AVENGERS ACADEMY) and artist Sergio Dávila (CAPTAIN MARVEL) for a five-part crossover event with enormous ramifications for both universes! Each first print issue contains a redeemable code to unlock a bonus digital cosmetic in Fortnite! See issue for details."
