Here are all the details you need to know about the October 1 Fortnite Update, including the full patch notes that have been released.
A few days back, Epic Games released the latest update for their massively popular battle royale, Fortnite.
The update included a load of new content and changes including a new Chug Splash flavour (Chili Chug Splash), some balance changes, including the removal of the Rail Gun and some bug fixes.
However, as is always the case with updates, as some bugs get fixed, others present themselves, which is exactly what happened with update 18.10.
Thankfully, Epic Games is rectifying some of them with the Fortnite update on October 1 - here are all the details you need to know, including the full patch notes that have been released.

What's Changing In This Update?
Unfortunately for players, Epic Games isn't releasing lots of new content in this update, as they did on Monday's, and instead they are fixing a handful of issues on three platforms.
The platforms that the update will be available on is PC, PlayStation and Android phones.

As stated, the update will be available on is PC, PlayStation and Android phones and will be available to download straight away. Thankfully, there is no downtime needed and games will remain unaffected.
The patch notes that Epic Games shared on Twitter are as follows:
- Adressing Stability
- Removing the Auto download High Resolution Textures option which was causing crashes.
