There are four special items that you can get for your locker for free. These are as follows:

How Do I Get Free Cosmetics For International Women's Day?

The cosmetics are available for free in the item shop from March 7 16:00 PT until March 14th at 16:00 PT. To get them, simply click Item Shop in Fortnite, select each item, and click Buy.
