Diablo Immortal had an early launch on mobile devices, and some Samsung Galaxy users are complaining about game-breaking bugs.

After a long wait, Diablo Immortal has officially launched for iOS and Android devices. The game received a surprise early launch for mobile devices.

Those who want to experience the game’s beta version on PC need to wait a little longer. Contrary to the mobile version, PC gamers get Diablo Immortal on June 2, its initially intended launch date.

The game has, in the majority, received positive comments from mobile gamers. However, this does not mean things are perfect.

Diablo Immortal Players on Samsung or Older Devices Reported Game-Breaking Bugs

Gamers playing Diablo Immortal on Exynos-based Samsung devices have complained about graphical issues that render the game unplayable.

Additionally, other gamers with older Android and iOS devices also report issues.

Fortunately for those with issues, the game has launched with full cross-play support with PC, once this version of the game launches.

Blizzard has already addressed this situation on its official Reddit mega thread for bugs. In this communication, the developer confirmed a problem affecting Exynos devices.

As of writing, Blizzard has not provided an estimated resolution time for this Diablo Immortal bug.

Additionally, Diablo Immortal downloads could be disabled for the following Exynos device while a solution is ready:

However, users with Exynos devices, like Samsung S22, also reported issues with Diablo Immortal.

Diablo Immortal Issues on Other Devices

Some iPhone users on older devices (iPhone 8, X) have experienced framerate issues and other overheating problems.

Although contrary to problems on the Exynos Samsung devices, gamers can resolve most of them by rebooting the phone.

Most iPhone and Android users have a great experience with Diablo Immortal despite these early bugs.
