The Witching Wing Quest Pack Walkthrough For Fortnite

One of the most exciting things in Fortnite is getting new skins. Whether it's through the Battle Pass, the Item Shop, or special packs, it's always fun to acquire a new skin and see an exclamation mark on your Locker tab.

Special packs are well-named because they usually come with more than one skin or other types of cosmetics and they frequently include V-Bucks as well. That's the case with the Witching Wing Quest Pack, it's got its own set of challenges that allow you to unlock V-Bucks. Keep reading our guide to find out more.

What Is The Witching Wing Quest Pack?

The Witching Wing Pack was released on January 26, 2022. It comes with a few cosmetic items: a skin, a back bling, a pickaxe, and a glider. As well as a set of challenges that once complete will award you with a sum of 1,500 V-Bucks.

The Witching Wing Pack includes:

- Myna outfit

- Aviary back bling

- Caged Swiftwing glider

- Bleak Beak harvesting tool

- 1,500 V-Bucks

When gliding in-game, if Myna has the Aviary back bling equipped, it will disappear once she opens up the Caged Swiftwing glider, this is because the back bling turns into the glider. It will then reappear as soon as she puts the glider away and touches the ground.

The Bleak Beak harvesting tool glows when you use it and when you're sprinting with it equipped, it also leaves a trail of raven feathers. The back bling (and consequently the glider) emit the same eerie glow, which is what stands out the most about this set. All the cosmetic items that come in this pack are part of the Witching Wing Set, which is odd given the similarities with the Nevermore Set. They're extremely alike, yet they're not part of the same cosmetic set.

The Nevermore Set is known because of its iconic skins, Raven and Ravage. Myna's entire attire is accessorized with raven feathers, and she looks very much like both of these characters except you can see her face, unlike the other two that appear to not have a physical form at all, they look extremely supernatural-like having only glowing purple eyes.

Plus, on top of that, Myna also has a mask on her thigh that looks exactly like Ravage's, so they must all be related somehow. Perhaps a connection will be revealed as the lore of the game deepens.

How To Get The Witching Wing Quest Pack

The Witching Wing Quest Pack is a Special Offer, therefore you can only buy it with money, not V-Bucks. If you want to get your hands on this offer then you have to go to the Item Shop tab. Then, scroll down until you reach Special Offers & Bundles. Select the Witching Wing Quest Pack and then press Purchase. The price of the pack is $11.99.

How To Complete Witching Wing's Quest Pack

Although you'll receive the cosmetic items as soon as you buy the pack, you won't receive any V-Bucks right away. You will have to complete five stages of quests and progressively earn V-Bucks. Here are all quest stages and how many V-Bucks you will receive each time you complete a stage.

Stage Quest Reward
Stage One of Five Complete four daily bonus goals 100 V-Bucks
Stage Two of Five Complete eight daily bonus goals 200 V-Bucks
Stage Three of Five Complete twelve daily bonus goals 300 V-Bucks
Stage Four of Five Complete sixteen daily bonus goals 400 V-Bucks
Stage Five of Five Complete twenty daily bonus goals 500 V-Bucks

Daily bonus goals are similar to the Close Encounters LTM bonus goal quest, it's related to how many goals out of a set of challenges you manage to complete. In this case, it has to do with how many daily quests you finish each day. These are the three daily bonus goals you will get per day:

  • Complete one daily quest
  • Complete two daily quests
  • Complete three daily quests

It does sound a bit confusing, what this means is that to progress in the Witching Wing's quest pack, you have to complete daily bonus goals that require you to complete daily quests. The bad news here is that since you can only complete three daily bonus goals a day, it will take a few days before you get all the V-Bucks you're entitled to.

If you manage to complete all three daily bonus goals per day it would still take you seven days to get the 1,500 V-Bucks. You would receive 100 V-Bucks on your second day, 200 V-Bucks on your third day, 300 V-Bucks on your fourth day, 400 V-Bucks on your sixth day, and, finally, 500 V-Bucks on your seventh day.
